The technological revolution has no borders and the waves of innovation explore new horizons to conquer. And when the flow of the optical fiber meets a dimension so accustomed to be overcome as sport, the possibilities are endless.

Along this path, a Basque company has been in the process of marking a milestone in athletics for some years. Agmsoft Consulting, based in Deusto, has developed a program capable of measuring a long jump in real time with greater precision than current systems: the traditional tape measure or the most used topographic theodolite today.
